MyBabyLogger is a mobile application designed to help parents and caregivers track and monitor their baby's daily activities, including:

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Account Registration

To use MyBabyLogger, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Subscription and Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Lifetime purchase is a one-time charge with no recurring fees
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions)

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the App, including baby profiles, tracking records, photos, and notes.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. The App does not provide medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare guidance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Medical advice or diagnoses
Treatment recommendations
Emergency medical services

You must consult your pediatrician for medical concerns, never disregard professional advice based on app insights, contact emergency services for emergencies, and recognize this service is for tracking purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBabyLogger shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data due to technical failures
Decisions made based on information tracked in the App
Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

MyBabyLogger reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately for Terms violations. You may also terminate your account at any time using the Delete Account feature in Settings. Upon termination:

You may request data export within 30 days
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Backup copies are purged after 90 days
Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your device settings

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
